Welcome to RazzleFox ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or utilizing our marketing, SEO, social media, and Go High Level (GHL) setup solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Scope of Services

RazzleFox provides marketing services including, but not limited to:

• Go High Level (GHL) snapshot setup, pipeline configuration, and lead capture creation.
• Custom website and funnel templates.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) setup and maintenance.
• Social media integration and ad tracking configuration.
• Automated SMS and email campaign workflows.

2. Intellectual Property & License

All pre-existing templates, snapshots, workflows, graphics, custom code, and marketing assets developed by RazzleFox remain the intellectual property of RazzleFox. Upon full payment of applicable fees:

• Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use supplied templates and GHL snapshots for their internal business purposes only.
• Client may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or clone RazzleFox assets or snapshots to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Go High Level (GHL) Platform & Subscriptions

Our services rely on third-party software including Go High Level (GHL), Twilio, Mailgun, and payment gateways. Client acknowledges that:

• RazzleFox is an independent provider and is not responsible for platform downtime, policy changes, or system glitches caused by Go High Level or third-party APIs.
• Client is responsible for maintaining active account subscriptions, usage fees (e.g., SMS/Email messaging credits), and compliance with third-party platform terms.

4. SMS Communication & A2P 10DLC Compliance

Clients utilizing automated SMS features within Go High Level are required to comply with TCPA regulations and carrier compliance frameworks (including A2P 10DLC registration):

5. SEO & Lead Generation Disclaimer

RazzleFox implements industry best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and conversion optimization. However, Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Search engine algorithms (such as Google) fluctuate constantly. RazzleFox does not guarantee specific keyword rankings or page positions.
• Lead generation results depend on market demand, client ad spend, offer positioning, and sales follow-up promptness. RazzleFox does not guarantee fixed lead volumes or revenue targets.

6. Payment Terms & Cancellations

Fees for setups, retainer services, and custom builds are billed as outlined in your service agreement or invoice:

• Setup Fees: One-time setup and configuration fees are non-refundable once service onboarding has commenced.
• Subscription/Retainers: Monthly retainer services require a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle for cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RazzleFox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services or templates.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
